STUDENT POETRY PORTFOLIOS

POETRY UNIT PROJECT: Making a Digital Poetry Portfolio Website

DESCRIPTION

By the end of this unit, you will create and design a digital poetry portfolio using Google Sites. In your poetry portfolio, you must include at least five (5) poems and a quick analysis of each poem. Your portfolio will be marked according to how it is presented visually and your incorporation of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit (FNMI) elements respectfully and appropriately. Also, each of your poems must incorporate at least three (3) poetic devices that are not repeated more than twice (2) across the entire portfolio. These factors will be used along with a peer reviewed mark, which will be out of 30 marks. This peer review mark will be altered appropriately when necessary to determine the teacher-assigned mark for the unit.
